I purchased round trip tickets to Hawaii….the person I was going to bring is unable to make it. American Airlines is telling me that although I purchased the tickets I can not change the name…they’re non-transferrable. And to boot, I can’t cancel the ticket….the person’s who’s name the ticket is in can cancel and receive a coupon towards another flight which expires in 1 year. I’m distraught!!
